The Forward, Reflected, Load, and Tune values are jumping rapidly (unstable).
Applies to Solid State systems only

•   One of the capacitors (usually the Load) is jumping back and forth across the operating point. Place the LOAD capacitor into Manual on the Match Controller. If the numbers do not level off, place the Tune capacitor into Manual. Stop the welding.

•   If placing the Load capacitor into Manual stopped the jumping, go to the back of the Match Controller and locate the MAG gain potentiometer. Turn the pot one turn counterclockwise. Try to weld a part. If the jumping persists, keep going one turn counterclockwise at a time until the jumping ends.

•   If placing the Tune capacitor into Manual stopped the jumping, go to the back of the Match Controller and locate the PHASE gain potentiometer. Turn the pot one turn counterclockwise. Try to weld a part. If the jumping persists, keep going one turn counterclockwise at a time until the jumping ends.
