The machine completes the cycle but the part is not welded.
Applies to all systems – HD-500, EA-20, Tesla, Solid State

•   Assuming the Emabond welding material is properly positioned, run another cycle and watch the meters. 

•   On EA-20, Tesla 200, and HD-500 systems, watch for low load and grid. If meter readings are normal, check part placement in the nest. Refer to troubleshooting chart in the manual. If meter readings are 0, check the fuse in the SCR or the short out plug connection located on the left side of the EA-20. Check the input to and output from the SCR.

•   On Solid State systems, watch the forward and reflected power readings. If they are low and about the same, the system is having trouble tuning. Refer to questions 9 and 10.
