•   In the majority of applications the Emabond welding material is inserted manually at the weld interface of the two part halves to be welded. Depending on how the Emabond welding material is provided to you, the material can be manually inserted, ultrasonically tacked on, or even extruded into place.

•   The ideal mode of material placement will depend on the needs of production. For example, when a high volume application requires minimal operator interaction with the parts, a molded gasket or formed ring may be recommended.
